● Indicator: Position indicator with NAMUR is convenient for mounting accessories such as Limit Switch Box, Positioner, etc.

● Pinion: High-precision and integrative, made from nickel-plated alloy steel, fully conform to the latest standards of ISO5211, DIN3337, VDI/VDE3845, NAMUR.

● Actuator Body: The extruded aluminum alloy ASTM 6005 body can be treated with hard anodized, polyester powder coated, PTFE or Nickel Plated.

● End Caps: Die-casting aluminum polyester powder coated, PTFE or Nickel-plated.

● Pistons: The twin rack pistons are made from die-casted aluminum. Symmetric mounting position, long cycle life and fast operation, reversing rotation by simply inverting the pistons.

● High-Performance Spring: Preloaded coated springs are made from high-quality material for resistance to corrosion and long service life

● O-rings: Standard: NBR rubber O-rings provide trouble-free operation at standard temperature ranges. For high and low-temperature applications, Viton or Silicone.

● Bearing and Guides: Made from low friction, long-life compound material, to avoid direct contact between metals. The maintenance and replacement are easy and convenient.
