3. The use of a long time, such as the Piston and the seat between the seal is not good, the piston sealing surface can be re-ground, and the seat grinding.
4. When it working, we should pay attention to the pressure gauge before and after the valve, working pressure must not exceed the rated pressure, working pressure difference must be within the rated pressure difference. When the working pressure exceeds the rated pressure or the working pressure difference exceeds the rated pressure difference, the solenoid valve to stop use, close before and after manual valve, to prevent solenoid valve explosion and leakage.
5. Solenoid valve installation, must pass into the media test action several times, to confirm the normal can be put into formal use.
6. Should regularly clean the inside and outside of the valve and armature suction surface of dirt. Be careful not to damage the sealing surface.
7. Solenoid valve longer time, should close the valve before the manual valve, re-open, the steam solenoid valve should be the condensate drain clean, and test action several times, to switch back to normal use.
