It is my pleasure to introduce to you a desalination project we recently completed. The customer is from the United Arab Emirates and asked us to assist in supplying the valve. The customer is an engineer with more than 10 years of experience and has very high requirements on the valve. In order to meet the high requirements of customers, we have tested every step in the production process to ensure that the quality of the valve can perfectly match the needs of customers.

Valves for transport and shut-off media
Butterfly Valves
Due to the corrosive nature of seawater, the customer requested that the valve plate be made of a special material of nickel aluminum bronze. Sadly, we don’t have it in stock. In order to meet the customer’s valve requirements and delivery time requirements, we contacted a number of raw material suppliers, and quickly opened the mold to customize the butterfly plate for the customer. Fortunately, we completed production within the delivery period and delivered on schedule.

Gate Valves & Knife Gate Valves
Gate Valve & Knife Gate Valve is a straight stroke valve. The gate moves up and down with the valve stem to open or close the valve. Gate and knife gate valves can only be fully opened or fully closed, so they are ideal for circulating or blocking media.
In addition, gate and knife gate valves can be used with electric or pneumatic actuators to help automate your projects.
Ball Valves
Ball valve and butterfly valve are both quarter turn valves. The ball rotates 90 degrees with the valve stem to open or close the valve. The ball valve is an easy-to-operate and easy-to-install valve. Suitable for flow, blocking, and changing the flow direction of media.
At the same time, the ball valve can also be used with electric actuators or pneumatic actuators to help you remotely control the valve opening and closing.
Valve for backflow prevention
Check Valves
Check valve also named non-return valve. It is a valve that can be used to prevent backflow of media. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of your project and the normal operation, we highly recommend this valve.
