1. Before using, carefully read the fluorine-lined valve operation manual.
2.According to the nameplate or the specification on the pressure, temperature, use within the scope of the medium.
3. When in use, in order to prevent the fluorine-lined valve from producing excessive pipeline stress because of the temperature change, the temperature change should be minimized, and the u-shaped expansion joint should be added before and after the valve.
4.Prohibit the use of lever to open and close the fluorine-lined Valve, pay attention to observe the fluorine-lined valve open and close the indicated position and limit device, open and close in place, do not force closed again, avoid fluorine plastic sealing surface damage too early.
5.For some media unstable and easy to decompose (such as the decomposition of some media will cause volume expansion, resulting in abnormal increase in operating pressure) will cause valve damage or leakage of media, measures should be taken to eliminate or limit the factors causing the decomposition of unstable media.
