Installation Details Of Electric Butterfly Valve:
1. Installation location, height, inlet and outlet direction must meet the design requirements, attention to the direction of media flow should be consistent with the valve body arrow direction, the connection should be firmly close.
2. Electric butterfly valve must be installed before the appearance of inspection, valve nameplate should comply with the current national standards. For the working pressure of more than 1.0 MPA and the main pipe on the role of cutting off the valve, installation should be conducted before the strength and tightness test, qualified before the use.
When Strength Test, test pressure is 1.5 times of nominal pressure, duration is not less than 5 min, valve Shell and packing should be qualified without leakage.
Electric butterfly Valve Installation Should Pay Attention To The Following Matters:
1. During the installation, its disc should be stop in the closed position.
2. The open position shall be determined according to the rotation angle of the Electric butterfly Valve plate.
3. Butterfly Valve with by-pass valve, open the by-pass valve before opening;
4. Butterfly valve should be installed according to the manufacturer’s installation manual. A huge butterfly valve should be has a solid foundation.
