How Electric Globe Valves Work:

An Electric Globe valve is a valve with an electric actuator driving the stem up and down to drive the valve head so as to change the distance between the disc and the seat to achieve open and close control. When Using Electric Globe Valve, The Following 7 Points Should Be Noted:

3. When the electric cut-off valve is fully open, the handwheel should be reversed a little, so that the threads between the tight, so as not to lose damage.
4. Normally open electric cut-off valve, sealing surface may be sticky dirt, closed when also want to use the above method to wash clean, and then formally closed.
5. If the handwheel, handle damage or loss, should be immediately completed, can not be replaced by flexible plate hand, so as to avoid damage to the stem square, opening and closing is not good, resulting in accidents in production.
6. 7. When electric globe valve is used in medium-pressure steam pipeline, condensate should be removed before opening, then steam preheating is carried out, the preheating pressure is kept between 0.2 MPA and 0.3 MPA The goal is to avoid sudden changes in temperature and pressure caused by seal damage, stable in a certain state can be adjusted to the required level of pressure.
