Step 1: Body Fabrication

Step 3: FASTENER MANUFACTURING

Fastener manufacturing standard DL439-1991.

Raw Material Procurement (standard) incoming inspection (standard) blank (round steel or forgings, as per drawing process requirements) and sampling for necessary inspection.

Step 4: Final Assembly

Step5: Production And Inspction Process

1. Raw Materials of various specifications purchased by the company.

3. Use a cutting machine to cut raw materials. 4. The inspector inspects the cutting diameter and length of raw materials.

7. Workers remove rough edges.

9. The inspector carries out the inspection of the surface treatment after sandblasting.

10. Workers Perform Rough machining.

11. Body seal thread processing-after processing by self-inspection personnel the product is processed and inspected.

13. Hole drilling.

14. The inspector conducts the General Inspection. Qualified semi-finished goods are sent to semi-finished goods warehouse.

16. electroplating of semi-finished products. Inspection of surface treatment of semi-finished products by electroplating.

18. Inspection of various fittings (ball, stem, sealing seat).

19. Product Assembly in the final assembly shop — The product is inspected by the assembly line inspector.

20. The assembled product is subjected to a pressure test and dried to the next stage.

21. the final assembly workshop on the product packaging-packaging line inspection personnel on the product sealing, appearance, Torque test. Unqualified products are never allowed to be packed. Qualified products are packaged and sent to the finished goods warehouse. All inspection records will be classified and stored in the computer for easy access.

24. Qualified products are shipped in containers at home and abroad.
